Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ENSOL (ensolstore.com) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order you agree to them. The operator of this store is identified at the foot of this page.

ENSOL sells women’s and unisex apparel — dresses, coordinated sets and printed tops. We source finished goods from apparel suppliers and sell them under the ENSOL name. ENSOL is the seller of record for every order: we set the price, take the order, provide customer support, and are responsible for delivery, returns and refunds.

You can order as a guest or with an account. Keep your account details accurate and your password secure — you are responsible for activity carried out under your login. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

All prices are shown and charged in USD (US dollars). The total shown at checkout is the amount we charge you. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Orders ship internationally from our overseas partner fulfillment centre. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes are not included in the price you pay us and are the responsibility of the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we detect fraudulent activity — in which case we refund you in full.

We accept card payments through Stripe. Payment is taken when your order is placed. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure payment page and are never received or stored by ENSOL.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may appear differently between screens, and measurements taken by hand can vary by 1–3 cm. A minor variation of this kind is not a fault, but if an item is not as described you are covered by our returns policy.

You may not misuse this site — no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no automated scraping or bulk ordering, no interference with the service, and no use of our content or brand without permission.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, where the operator of this store is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your own country of residence.
